It was perfect in general: ideal room, ideal location just next door to Dubrovnik and the old town and Pile Gate. Staff was affable, helped us with everything. We had early check-in. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, we had a nice sleep. Food for breakfast was appetising. Entire experience staying there was very comfortable, we recommend this place.

the hotel was right in the heart of the old town, tucked away in a quiet alley. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions, and there was a delicious restaurant just steps away from the hotel. the room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious with all the necessary amenities. the staff provided excellent service, always available to assist us with any inquiries. Plus, the breakfast in the morning was a great way to start our day.
That there was no view from our room, but honestly, we didn't mind since we were out exploring the city most of the time.

The apartment has best possible and peaceful right by the main square and nearby restaurant. Amicable and welcoming people are working here. If you want to be in the middle of the city, I strongly recommend this place.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main road. Being able to easily access the city was a huge plus. the room itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere for my stay.
The lack of staff. It would have been helpful to have someone available to assist with carrying luggage up the three flights of stairs.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. Comfortable and clean room that had all the amenities I needed for a weekend stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available when I had questions or needed assistance.
Communication was a bit lacking, only through WhatsApp and sometimes responses were slow. Directions to the hotel were confusing and involved climbing lots of stairs with luggage.

The style and elegance of the hotel were top-notch, and the host, Vicko, was extremely communicative and accommodating. The attention to detail was evident, with everything clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming and available throughout the day. The breakfast cafe offered delicious and fresh food. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great location, free WiFi, and a bar to drown my sorrows. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, although a voucher would've been helpful.
